Per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo dell'energia elettrica, i climatizzatori installati (12.000 e 18.000 BTU) sono altamente efficienti e sovradimensionati rispetto alle esigenze dell'immobile. Pertanto, devono essere utilizzati in modo responsabile e spenti durante i periodi di assenza. I consumi elettrici che eccedono i 100 kWh a settimana saranno addebitati separatamente, secondo un forfait di €50 per ogni ulteriori 100 kWh (o frazione significativa) consumati oltre tale soglia. Non è consentito collegare alla rete elettrica dell'immobile auto elettriche, motocicli elettrici o qualsiasi altro veicolo elettrico per la ricarica.
