You will have exclusive access to the entire property—no sharing with other guests. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹3000 is required at check-in and will be returned at the time of check-out, subject to no damages. Pool Timings: The private swimming pool is accessible from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for safety and maintenance purposes. Meals & Food: Home-cooked meals can be arranged through the caretaker with prior notice (chargeable). Outside food delivery options may be limited due to the location. Caretaker Assistance: A caretaker is available on-site to assist you during your stay while ensuring your privacy. Power & Water: While we strive for uninterrupted services, occasional power fluctuations may occur in hill stations like Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. Basic backup support is available. Cleanliness & Respect: We request guests to maintain cleanliness and treat the property with care. Local Environment: The villa is located in a peaceful residential area—loud music and parties should be kept at a respectful volume, especially at night. ID Proof: Valid government ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in as per local regulations. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire 4BHK villa and all common areas. For bookings of 1-3 guests, access will be provided to 1 bedroom, with remaining bedrooms kept locked for housekeeping and maintenance.
