After confirmation, Outsite will email you a secure link to download the Outsite app and fill in the check-in information. Local regulations require all guests to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Guests will receive check-in details three days prior to arrival as long as they have downloaded the Outsite App and completed the online check-in. For assistance, please contact our guest experience team. You can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that your space's layout, furniture, and decor may vary from these photos. No security deposit is charged, but guests remain responsible for any damage caused. Charges up to USD250 may be applied to the credit card provided at check-in, even after check-out. Daily housekeeping is not provided. For stays of 7 nights or longer, one room cleaning is included per week upon request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
