Super easy process: • We'll send you a secure link right after you book • You'll need your driver's license or passport • Got friends staying overnight? We'll need a quick photo of their ID too • We can share your check-in details as soon as we receive verification of your background check. If you skip this step: No form or IDs means no check-in and no refund (we really don't want this to happen!) Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our luxury home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking. - You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process. - All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet building's verification criteria. (Guests to initiate cancel in such case to get a refund) We are happy to welcome pets at our place, subject to size limitations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation. The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies: 1 - 4 Nights: $25.00 Per Night. 5-29 Nights: $200 Flat Rate. 30+ Nights: $300 Flat Rate.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
