Before check-in, all guests must provide a valid ID photo or scan, as we are legally required to register your stay. When booking for more than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in. All mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in. Any violation of the house rules may result in a EUR 200 penalty per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. Keys must be returned to their original location. Please note that early check-in from 12:00 is subject to availability. Guests arriving outside check-in hours after 23:00 will receive check-in instructions. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 from 13:00 is applicable for late check-in. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
