Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).
The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation.
