The municipality of Binz is carrying out road works on the access road to the property (Schwedenstraße), probably from 03.03.2025. In the period 03.03.2025-02.10.2025 the road will be completely closed. The neighbouring properties are not accessible by car. However, the accommodation can be reached on foot via the beach promenade. Alternative parking will be provided in Binz. We will endeavour to provide parking close to the property, subject to availability. There may also be some noise.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
