Dear Guest, kindly be aware that Heart of the Cosmos is located on a mountainous terrain which means we have plenty of stairs to climb on the property. We cannot accommodate guests in wheel chairs or who have difficulty walking up and down steps. Kindly note the Sauna, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Braai area are in a communal area on the property and are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Please note that the Spa Facilities including the Sauna, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi are in a communal shared space on the property. Children aged 18 years and below can only use the sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi under adult supervision. Please note that none of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users.
