I rent my house in Le Castellet, close to La Cadière d'Azur, 7 minutes by car from the old village of Le Castellet. 10 minutes from Bandol beaches, 10 minutes from St Cyr sur mer, 20 minutes from Cassis. The house offers 200m² of living space with 800m² of land, a magnificent 7.5m x 3.5m, 1.5m-deep mirror pool. A large 150m² terrace with barbecue lets you enjoy aperitifs overlooking the pool and the hills. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, with 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom of 45m² with bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with shower room and a single bedroom, on the first floor landing is a shower room with toilet. The living room is 80m² and features large bay windows with views over the pool and hills. The house faces south and features ducted air-conditioning in all rooms, both upstairs in the bedrooms and on the ground floor.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
