La Terrazza

Peace and quiet in an excellent location just a stone's throw from the sea and the start of various hiking trails. In the town centre, two-room flat with a panoramic terrace equipped with deckchairs, dining area and sink. The flat has a living/ sleeping area with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a connecting room with bunk beds. Small bathroom with shower. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for dining and deckchairs. In summer, part of it is shaded and a parasol is available. The total surface area of the flat is 35 square metres. This is the house where my family, parents and two children, spend their holidays, so the space has been optimised for the four of us. Everything has been calculated down to the last centimetre, with no space wasted.
