The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, accessed by a few steps, and close to the road; therefore, noise from outside may be heard at night, especially during peak tourist periods. The building has only 8 free parking spaces, compared to the number of apartments. Parking is possible in one of these spaces only if available; alternatively, you will need to use public parking in the surrounding streets, sometimes even free. This is the only real limitation of the property. A spot on the private condominium beach is included in the accommodation. The position of the umbrella is assigned daily on a rotation basis according to the condominium organization. Bed linens and towels are not included and must be brought by the guest. However, they can be requested for an additional fee of €30.00 per person. Small pets are allowed, provided they are clean, well-behaved, and respect the accommodation and condominium rules. Parties or events are not permitted inside the property. Guests are not permitted to accommodate more than the number of people indicated and registered at check-in. The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, a late check-in fee applies as follows: €30.00 for arrivals between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM; €50.00 for arrivals between 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM; €100.00 for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
