For stays of 7 nights or less a towel and linen fee of 29 Euros per set (one set, one room) applies in cash to both houses and apartments. Towels and bed linen can also be brought by guests if preferred to avoid costs. For all bookings of less than 7 nights and all bookings with discounts, a laundry fee of CHF 30 per person in cash applies to both houses and apartments. A usage agreement must be signed upon arrival for both houses and apartments. The wellness facilities sauna and whirlpool must generally be reserved at least 7 days before arrival. The free parking is not reserved and is about 300m away. Up to 2 people a bedroom is prepared, up to 4 people 4 bedrooms and from the 5th person the 3rd living area is opened.
