Any type of noise is expressly prohibited, whether in the apartment or its dependencies. Entry of visitors or anyone not registered on the application form is not permitted. The use of barbecues on the balconies of two-bedroom apartments is not allowed. Only one small pet is allowed per apartment, and all hygiene and feeding care are the full responsibility of the guest. Furthermore, all condominium rules regarding pets must be followed. Any damage or harm to bed and bath linens or utensils in general in the apartment will be charged at the inspection before check-out. In case of non-compliance with any of these rules, penalties with fines will apply.
