Spacious apartment in the heart of Playa de las Américas, right by the beach and with access to a heated saltwater pool. Please note: no sea views, no private parking (free public spaces around the complex), and as the apartment is in the lively area of Playa de las Américas, some noise at night is possible. The large balcony overlooks the street, and the building has an elevator.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware), Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.
