From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Outdoor or noisy activities of any kind including BBQ or music outdoor are not permitted between 9PM and 9AM. Guests are to park in the designated areas shown by our staff. Guests are not permitted to obstruct or otherwise stop at neighbours' entrances for any period of time. Guests are not to block or otherwise obstruct back lanes driveways due to poor parking.
