To effectively protect our lovely neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for detecting noise, humidity, and smoke has been installed in the apartment. For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available—providing a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow. Pets are very welcome here! We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required. This will be added during the booking process. For bookings of 9 nights or more, a mandatory intermediate cleaning service applies (at an additional cost); the frequency increases accordingly for longer stays. Charges for cleaning services are processed via the check-in portal, and the schedule is coordinated with you. The City of Trier's visitor tax is remitted via the check-in portal.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
