Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
When they arrive at the accommodation they have to call us by phone to see us and give them the keys personally because it is a private accommodation.
The accommodation asks for a deposit of €250 which at the end of their stay is returned to them on the day of their departure if the accommodation is all the same.
If you arrive at the accommodation at 9pm there is a night supplement of €35.
The accommodation is private and I personally hand over the keys to the person who made the reservation.
Passports are requested from each person who stays in the accommodation, the accommodation is cleaned after each client leaves
Guests must bring their own bed linen for children´s crib.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
