An outstanding 3 bedroom chalet, full of character, and situated only 350 metres from the centre of St Gervais. This is the perfect family chalet for those who want their own space yet still enjoy the close proximity to town.

Upon entering you'll notice the lovely old beams,  wood burner, wooden ceilings and stone floors. The beautifully stylish kitchen and bathrooms show that this old property has been thoughtfully brought into the modern age.

Leather sofas and arm chairs will comfortably seat 8 as will the large dining table. French windows open out on to a private garden with table and chairs where you can eat alfresco in the summer.

Upstairs you'll find the two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.  This floor is also home to the family bathroom.

On the second floor you'll discover the huge twin bedroom. Running the full length of the chalet this massive room is perfect for children as it also doubles as a great play area.

Chalet Pascaud is an outstanding 3 bedroom chalet, full of character, and situated only 350 metres from the centre of St Gervais. Renovated to a high standard and beautifully furnished throughout this is the perfect family chalet for those who want their own space yet still enjoy the close proximity to the town.

Upon entering the chalet you&#039;ll first notice the great mix of the old with the new. Lovely old beams, a wood burner and brushed wood ceilings remind you that you&#039;re in an alpine chalet, but then the beautifully stylish kitchen and bathrooms, light smoky walls and gorgeous stone tiles let you know that this old property has been tenderly and thoughtfully brought into the modern age.

Leather sofas and arm chairs will seat 8 in absolute comfort as will the large dining table and with the wood burner roaring in the corner this makes a lovely space to relax in after a fun day in the mountains. Two sets of French windows open out on to a private garden with table and chairs where you can eat alfresco in the summer looking out to the mountains.

Head upstairs and you&#039;ll find the two double bedrooms, one with a stunning en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms also benefit from great wardrobe space too. This floor is also home to the equally stunning family bathroom with 2 sinks so no arguing whilst brushing teeth.

The next flight of stairs leads up to the second floor and here you&#039;ll discover the huge twin bedroom. Running the full length of the chalet this massive room is perfect for children as it would also double as a great play area such is the floor space available up there.
