The following are also exempt from paying the tax: a) minors up to the age of twelve; b) persons who have reached the age of seventy; c) persons who assist patients admitted to healthcare facilities within the municipality, with one companion per patient; d) persons with disabilities recognized by the provincial medical commissions and recipients of the accompanying allowance; e) members of the State and local police forces, other Armed Forces, and the National Fire Brigade, who are staying overnight for service reasons; f) persons staying in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities to address emergency situations resulting from natural disasters or extraordinary events, and for humanitarian relief purposes; g) personnel employed by the management of the accommodation facility where they work.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
