Electricity is very rare on our island. That is why we charge an extra €5 per day per A/C unit in your apartment (only if you choose to use the A/C). Payment upon arrival is not possible for late check-ins (after 21.00), which are carried out by our trusted taxi drivers. Our drivers can only do these check-ins when the full rental and tourist tax amount is on our Bank, Paypal or Stripe account, 2 days before arrival. The Leme Bedje Pool is closed for maintenance during the month may of 2026. Sal and Boa Vista are small islands in the Atlantic Ocean that try hard to meet European standards which is not always possible. Occasionally, there may be temporary interruptions in the electricity, water, or internet supply. Shopping opportunities are limited, so the availability of certain items cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that, before booking, you do some research to match your expectations with the reality of our beautiful islands. A cleaning and change of linen once every 7 days is included in the rental price. An additional cleaning costs €20 and a change of linen costs €15. These can be ordered and paid for at our office in Leme Bedje. One additional cleaning/change of linen can be ordered per week. Our apartments are strictly non-smoking both inside as well as on the terrace. Smoking is only allowed in the communal areas.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
