Arrivals and Departures Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM After these hours, the booking will be considered a no-show. Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM Any hour started after 11:00 AM will be charged €50, deducted from the security deposit. Occupancy and Use Guests are not allowed inside the property. Parties and other events are strictly prohibited. Facilities (BBQ, terrace, swimming pool) are reserved for the exclusive use of registered guests. Noise is not permitted between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Washing car mats in the washing machine is strictly prohibited. Electricity and Air Conditioning During any absence from the property, even for a short time, air conditioning and all electrical appliances must be turned off, except for the refrigerator. Before Departure Before check-out, guests are required to: Turn off all electrical appliances, except the refrigerator. Remove bed sheets and place them on the floor along with the used towels. Failure to comply with any of the above rules or house regulations will result in: Immediate termination of the stay Immediate departure of the guests No refund will be granted under any circumstancesThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
