The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
This property offers self-check-in only.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no garbage should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
