Please note: Upon check-out (by 11:00 a.m.), the house must be left tidy, with waste properly sorted in the designated bins located throughout the house, the kitchen clean, and dishes washed. In the event of excessive clutter, extreme dirtiness, or failure to properly manage waste, a €50 cleaning fee will be applied. Any damages will be charged. Check-out and Extraordinary Cleaning Rules: • Waste: All waste must be placed in the designated recycling bins. • Kitchen: Dishes, plates, and pots must be washed, dried, and put away.
