Se viene richiesto un secondo mazzo di chiavi, questo deve essere richiesto una settimana prima del check-in e verrà applicata una tariffa forfettaria, in base al numero di notti prenotate, che varia da un minimo di €150 a un massimo di €350. Per attivare la corrente elettrica, girare la chiave verso destra. Per disattivarla, girarla verso sinistra ed estrarre il mazzo completo di chiavi: la corrente verrà automaticamente disattivata.Rimarrà attiva la parte della cucina, compresi gli elettrodomestici: frigorifero, lavatrice, microonde, macchina per espresso e Wi-Fi. Gli ospiti non possono mangiare o bere sui letti né dormire con i cuscini decorativi, ma solo con quelli forniti, dotati di federa bianca, disponibili negli armadi e sul letto anche per motivi di igiene. Eventuali danni o macchie di qualsiasi genere che richiedano lavaggi specifici o trattamenti di smacchiatura dei tessuti coordinati comporteranno la richiesta di un rimborso, da valutare in base alla gravità. Qualora ciò non fosse sufficiente, potranno essere richiesti costi aggiuntivi per la ritappezzatura. If this is not sufficient, additional costs may be requested for reupholstering.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
