Pets: One dog (up to 30 lbs) is welcome for a $100 pet fee per stay. Service and emotional support animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.
Before Check-in: All guests must complete verification through our partner, Authenticate, including a government-issued ID, matching payment card, contact verification, payment of an $82 mandatory management fee, and a $125 non-refundable damage waiver.
A noise monitor (does not record conversations) is installed to help maintain a peaceful environment.
