The host works with a concierge service, at your arrival, you will be in contact with them. A damage deposit will be required by the concierge service. If any problem is reported following your departure, this deposit would be paid back. A cleaning fee of €70 will also be charged. If you clean the property yourself, this amount will be refunded. The host will ask you for a security deposit to cover any damage or breakages. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the concierge service does not find any problems. Bed linen and towels are not provided.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
