A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20:30 and of EUR 50 after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament. During your stay with us, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Upon request, we can provide an extra cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens throughout your stay for an extra fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment. In this case, we would need to call the locksmith who will charge €250/€500 depending on time and date.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
