Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following additional fees: Sheets and towels, shower mats and kitchen towels, toilet paper, and a floor cleaner: 15 euros (per person). Please contact the property before arrival to arrange rental. -Upon request, guests may request early arrival for a fee of €20 per hour, and they may request late departure. If this request is not made, and if guests leave late without authorization, then the guest will be charged €30 (excluding VAT) per additional hour. -It is advisable to reserve a parking space at a cost of €10 (per day) in order to facilitate parking arrangements. This supplement is not included in the Booking price for the benefit of guests arriving without a car, so that guests do not incur these unnecessary costs when booking through Booking. -Pets (one or more) are accepted for an additional fee of €30 per stay. -It is possible to access a high-end sauna and jacuzzi for an additional €15 (per person) with a maximum of €50 per hour for up to 6 people.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
