Damage deposit

1. Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
2. When you leave for the day, please turn off the air-conditioner, fan, and lamps.
3. Smoking or vaping are not permitted in any indoor place (bedroom, bathroom, living room, or kitchen). Smoking or vaping is only permitted in outdoor areas.
4. The guest is completely responsible for their own belongings. Please keep all valuables in the safety deposit box. We are not responsible for the loss of personal goods as well as the valuables of guests. Please double-check your valuables before leaving. We are not responsible for any goods left behind after your departure.
5. Any damage to the property is the responsibility of the staying guest. Kindly take care of the premises and furniture as if they were your own. The property must be left in the exact same condition as when the guests arrived. Any damages may be charged at the replacement cost.
6. On the premises, guests are forbidden to participate in any illegal acts that violate the law of Indonesia. If we notice any suspicious activity on the premises, we shall contact the authorities to conduct a further investigation.
