Please be aware: 1. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. Guests who stay beyond the specified check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all associated costs and expenses. 2. Pets, smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations will result in a fine of up to 300CHF plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. Noise monitoring technology is used in the flat to monitor noise levels. The quiet hours of 22:00-7:00 must be observed. 3. Guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. There is a charge of 30CHF per night of the reservation for each unregistered guest. 4. Commercial photography and videography as well as illegal activities are prohibited without written permission. 5. Damage, loss and injury: Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages, injuries and losses that occur on the premises and in its facilities. Guests must report any damage to the host. Guests are also responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls and parking passes. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses. Violation of the House Rules may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and eviction without refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
