Late check-in carries a surcharge of EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11pm it is not possible to check in even if you pay a supplement. The use of electricity costs 0.70 EUR/kWh, exclusively in the apartment where there is air conditioning. The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar. The silence time slot is from 11.00pm to 7.00am. A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay it in cash. You should receive your refund upon checkout. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after a verification of the condition of the accommodation We only accept reservations with at least one adult per apartment.
