If you cause damage to the accommodation, you will be asked to pay up to EUR 1000 after check-out.
Important information
Arrival and departure time.
The arrival time is between 15:00 and 22.00 and is agreed in advance.
In case of late arrival after 22.00 there is a fee of 20 € per hour of delay.
The departure time is between 8.00 and 10:00 and is agreed in advance.
In case of late departure there is a fee of 50 € per hour of delay.
Non-smoking housing.
The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke outside (balcony).
In the event of a smell of tobacco an indemnity of 150€ will be deducted from the deposit
for smoke extraction.
Pets.
Only on request before your arrival and for a single small dog (less than 8 kgs).
A fee of 40 € will have to be paid before your arrival.
Formalities before leaving the apartment.
Before leaving the apartment we ask you for:
- Cleaning the kitchen
- Washing the dishes and storing them in the cupboards
In the event of a dirty kitchen or dishes not stored an indemnity of 30 € will be deducted
from the deposit
- Place the duvets, sheets and pillows used on the bed in the bedroom
In the event of a very dirty apartment, an indemnity of 25 € per hour of additional
cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Loss of the key, badge or remote control.
The loss compensation that will be retained from the deposit is:
100 € for the key, 50 € for the badge, 100 € for the remote control.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
