The apartment is located in the front row on the Alba Adriatica seafront, a few meters from the beach, and is ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. Completely renovated, it is equipped with the main amenities necessary to enjoy a pleasant and functional stay. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, suitable for two people, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a traditional oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee mocha, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, tablecloths and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, dehumidifier, open walk-in closet, drawers and a shoe rack. Bed linen is provided upon arrival. All the shutters in the apartment are electric. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. A towel kit and a courtesy kit, proportionate to the length of stay, consisting of shower-shampoo, soap, cap and sewing kit are provided for each stay. The apartment also has a large furnished balcony with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a pleasant side view of the sea. A drying rack, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The accommodation is located on the first floor and can be reached by elevator, which can be used with a special key, or by taking a flight of stairs. It should be noted that there are some steps at the entrance to the building. Public parking is available along the seafront and in the surrounding streets, mostly for a fee. There are also some free seats, in a more limited quantity and subject to availability. The price of the stay includes beach service at the private establishment located a few meters from the holiday home and easily accessible on foot by crossing the seafront. The service includes an umbrella, a deck chair and a cot. The umbrella is assigned from the third row onwards, depending on the availability of the establishment. please note that the equipped beach service is guaranteed until September 14, 2026. Starting from September 15, 2026, the beach service will no longer be available; However, the beach may be used exclusively for heliotherapy purposes, subject to weather conditions and the procedures established by the bathing establishment. please note that the air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living area.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
