To get around the property building, you need your own key card (this is not your room key) Production cost is 350 PHP ($7 US) if processed on Saturday after 12NN, Sundays & Holidays [ non-refundable, payment collected at the property]. This goes to the building and not to us. Receipt shall be provided. Please note that your access card can only be used by the access card holder, otherwise will be penalized of P5,000.00. This access card, needs to be surrendered upon check out as we have applied for it at P3,000.00 and once you lost it you have to pay P 3, 000.00. This also gives you "unlimited" access to the unit floor, elevator, amenities (infinity pool, lap pool, sunbathing on the 36th F GYM on the 37th F, and 2nd Flr connecting to the Mall. Only one (1) access card shall be provided, Extra access card can be processed at P3,350.00 (if processsed on weekday) or P 3,500.00 ( if processed on weekend/holiday), and the P 3,000.00 shall be refunded upon check- out).
