TERMS • Paternoster Villas shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, death, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage or other personal property, wherever the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Paternoster Villas or other persons directly in the employment of Paternoster Villas or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.  Paternoster Villas reserves the right to change any arrangement where necessary. E.g., Changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. The client, in such cases, shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit. • If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Upon arrival, please report any items which appear to be broken. • As Paternoster is a fast-growing village, a certain amount of construction inconvenience can be experienced next to Die Opstal, Hocus Pocus and around the village. • Cooking Crayfish or Lobster are not allowed inside the apartments. Do not buy from anyone selling it on the street, it is a health hazard and can make you very sick!This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
