Air Conditioning Usage and Environmental Policy* To ensure system safety and promote sustainable tourism, the use of air conditioning is governed by the following conditions, which are accepted at the time of booking: 1. Occupancy: The air conditioning unit may only be used while guests are present inside the apartment. Leaving the system running while away or out on excursions is strictly prohibited. 2. Thermal insulation: Air conditioning use is permitted only when windows and external doors are fully closed to prevent the motor from overheating. 3. Included consumption allowance: The rate includes a standard, generous energy allowance of up to 15 kWh per day—more than enough for comfortable usage. 4. Excess usage charges: Any consumption exceeding the daily limit (monitored via the property's Wi-Fi-enabled smart meters) will be considered improper use and charged at check-out at a rate of €0.50 per extra kWh. 5. Monitoring and safety: The property reserves the right to remotely switch off the system via the smart home app if continuous operation is detected while the apartment is unoccupied, in order to prevent short circuits or technical malfunctions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
