Damage deposit
A damage deposit of MYR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Please note that Villa Lot 1638 is a privately-owned vacation home. As the property does not have a 24-hour front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date, so that key pick-up and drop arrangements can be made.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 10 years are charged MYR 40 per night for extra beds.
