11. Please respect and follow sign and instruction boards available in common areas such as Gym,
Swimming Pool, Escalators etc.
12. Please do not use escalators with wet clothes. After using the swimming pool, please wipe off
water and change into appropriate clothing. Avoid lingering in common areas in swimwear
(common areas such as lifts, corridors, reception, meeting and play areas, etc).
13. Use shared facilities such as the pool, gym, or lounge areas in a considerate manner. Respect
other users' space and property while using these amenities.
14. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony if necessary (smoking inside the apartment is not
allowed). Smoking is prohibited in common areas of the complex. Cigarette butts should not be thrown from the balcony; they should be collected in a tray or bag and disposed of in a garbage bin. Used smoking materials should be placed in a bag, securely tied, and then disposed of in the specified bin.
15. Clothes, blankets, quilts, and other materials should not be hung on or above balcony walls. Use the provided racks with hanging clips to dry these items in the sun.
16. Throwing refuse materials and other objects out of balcony is prohibited.
17. Do not dispose of sanitary towels in the toilets/commodes.
18. Host can help the Guest for cleaning if required. Guest need to contact the Host with agreeable possible date and time. Host will send a cleaning person. All cleaning materials are available at the Apartment hence Guest has an option to do the cleaning at his/her convenient.
19. No pool towels, Swimwear or any other clothing or equipment provided by the Host for using the Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna. Guest is expected to use their own.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
