Pets. Pets may or may not be allowed in the property, you must first obtain pre-approval from Colorado Lodge and if allowed there will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, unless it is a service animal, in which case, the proper documentation must be provided to Colorado Lodge at the time of booking. This fee is billed *separately* management will send you a link at time of booking to pay fee and obtain written approval. Pet owners should immediately pick up after their dogs on the Colorado Lodge property and deposit the waste in a plastic bag. Colorado Lodge will deduct from any deposit or charge you to cover any cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your pet(s).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
