- Quiet Hours / No Parties: Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbours. Homes are for quiet enjoyment only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. - Smoke-Free Home: No smoking or vaping indoors. - Pets: Pets are only allowed where explicitly permitted in the listing. Where allowed, dogs only (no cats) are permitted with prior approval and must be registered on the reservation. Declare pet on booking count. Use the a pet blanket on furniture. Pick up and dispose of poop in outside bins. Pet fees apply. - Bike Storage: To protect the homes bikes are not permitted indoors. - Furniture: Furniture is arranged for safety and cleaning efficiency. Please do not move furniture. Failure to return moved furniture to its original location may result in additional cleaning or service fees. - Amenities: Use of amenities such as hammocks and outdoor features is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. - Keys (If Applicable): Guests are responsible for lost or unreturned keys and any required replacement or rekeying costs. - Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests — including adults, children, and infants — must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval. - Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests. Stays exceeding this are subject to an additional per-guest, per-day fee, applied for the entire duration of the stay. Guest count changes must be submitted through booking.com. - Rental Agreement: A standard short-term rental agreement is provided after booking, and must be signed within 48 hours. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed. - Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required up to $300 for whole homes. The deposit must be authorized on the guest’s credit card via our booking system (OwnerRez) prior to arrival and released after checkout, subject to no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Our rates include standard cleaning based on typical use. If a stay requires excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover (for example, substantially increased cleaning time), additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit based on documented service provider charges.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
