Turn the shower knob towards you when turning the shower off. --Please keep your footwear inside the Footwear cabinet located in the foyer. --Please keep the sliding door in the masters bedroom closed at all times. Mechanism is faulty and might become completely defective if opened and closed frequently. --Trash collection times strictly between 8am to 10am AND 8pm to 10pm – segregate wet and dry trash in separate trash bags and put them outside the main door between these specified times of the day. Make sure trash is not leaking. --Windows should be closed when you leave the unit. --Dining area and kitchen counter bar are designated areas for eating and drinking, relax in our sofa but please be careful not to spill drinks and food crumbs onto the sofa and carpet. --When cleaning the non-stick pans, please use the soft part (yellow) of the sponge. --Please use chopping boards in preparing your food. Please avoid chopping on countertops, plates, pans, table, etc. --There are Laundry Shops within Eastwood – you can G00gle them and some of them might offer laundry pickup. --After using the Electric Stove, it will take awhile to completely cool down – so please avoid touching. --Please handle with care - the glass sliding partitions in the Toilet and Bath. --Standard Check in time: 3:00pm --Standard Check out time: 12:00pm (strictly followed otherwise late checkout fee of 500 pesos will be deducted from security deposit) --Smart Door Lock : - to unlock from outside tap with fingers to light up the keypad. Then enter 4 digit code then press asterisk (*). You will hear the mechanism turn the lock and keypad will light up again and sound will play - which means you can already open the door. - to unlock from inside press the black circle button - to lock from outside, tap with fingers to light up the keypad. Then a sound will play and you will hear the mechanism turn the lock. Double check by gently pulling down the door handle and see if door is locked. - Please cover the keypad while inputting your Doorlock PIN for your own security and safety. --Hot and cold shower plus faucets available in both Toilet and Bath --Please make sure that you come into the unit dry after using the swimming pool. --Please bring the valid IDs you submitted in case the lobby guards check on them. --Please avoid cooking food like tuyo, daing and other not so good smelling food. Make sure to switch on the range hood / exhaust when cooking. Also advisable to open some windows to let smoke and odor escape the unit. --Please use the provided rubber sandals whenever inside our condo unit and please do not bring them outside the condo unit.
