Masseria Pagani, in addition to being a "masseria" structure typical of the Salento lands, with its courtyards, stables, vaulted rooms, etc., is first of all our home, where I, Gabriele, together with Simona, my wife, and our children, Riccardo and Elisabetta, and our collaborators, love to host the people who choose us to spend their holidays. Everything comes from love and passion for our work. I always say that we have three children, the first of which are those mentioned above, the youngest, and then our structure, the largest. Furthermore, our "motto" is: give others what we would like to receive when we are the travellers ..... Our rooms / suites have been renovated in a traditional way, preserving the "soul", without having created a new cubic meter. The use of organic products, mostly produced by us, means that Simona's breakfasts are now a "must" for many, who, often and willingly, return to us
