Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that guests are required to provide the fiscal details necessary for issuing a VAT invoice at the moment of the booking. Otherwise it will be issued in the name of Final Consumer with no possibility to change.
A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for check-in between 20:00h and 00:00h. Check-in between 00:00h and 02:00h costs EUR 60. After this time, charges may apply. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
