Asking for a damage insurance is a very common practice in France. We use a trusted service provider outside Booking to manage our damage guarantee: SWIKLY. Please note that if you do not register your SWIKLY insurance, you will not be able to access the accommodation, without prejudice to your host. A non-refundable administrative fee of €8.00 must be paid to SWIKLY exclusively by credit card. This €8.00 fee buys a damage policy coverage of up to €500 in case of damages during the stay. This payment is not managed by Booking and is not included in your reservation. Credit cards from eastern countries and American Express are not accepted by SWIKLY.
