Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Electricity is charged extra at EUR 0.25 per kWh when used. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 22:00 - 12 am. And a surcharge of EUR 50 for late arrivals after 12 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When you make a reservation, we will charge you a first payment corresponding to 50% of the total amount of your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in Mallorca. This does not affect our cancellation policy, and any cancellation within the free cancellation period will result in a full refund of your payment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
