All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organiser must be appointed for the event. General Guidelines for Events is available for your perusal. Please note that events without our prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation without refund of all monies paid. IMPORTANT: There is currently a new hotel being constructed on the land adjacent to our property. Typically, construction work is carried out Monday - Sunday between 8am - 5pm. Rates have been reduced taking into consideration the high likelihood of significant disturbances caused to guests occupying our property. Guests making a booking at our property fully understand that no further concessions will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
