Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

Arrivals are from 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet. Please note that bed linen and towels aren't provided, you can bring your own linen or rent them at the property for the following extra charges - Bed linen: 9 €/person - Linen kit (bath sheet, towel, tea towel): 9 €/kit. For stays of 7 nights or more, the client is responsible for the final cleaning. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. An option "Final cleaning except kitchenette" can be booked with the reception or in advance via the reservation service. Contact the residence directly or the reservation service to know the prices. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
