Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that you must present a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival, which must then be redone every three days. The tests are free of charge as rapid tests from test centres; children aged 6 years and over must also be tested.
There are 2 test centers in Sellin, one of which is close to the holiday homes themselves. Those who have had and recovered from COVID-19, they will require a doctor's letter.
Those that are fully-vaccinated (who had their last vaccination more than 14 days ago) will require a vaccination card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
