Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
For stays longer than 7 nights, weekly cleaning will be carried out, where sheets and towels will be changed. If guest does not wish the cleaning service, a damage deposit of 1500€ will be charged.
