Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned within 48 hours after the booking is made. Guest shall also agree to submit a $500 security deposit 48 hours prior to check-in which will be refundable within 48 hours after checkout if no damage is found. Both the rental agreement and security deposit will be facilitated using a secure guest portal provided to the Guest by the Host after booking. No access will be provided to the Guest until these conditions are satisfied. Any failure to complete these conditions will void this reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
